Beyoncé is playing no games this time around. King Bey just dropped one of her songs from her yet to be released, yet highly anticipated album.
The song “Bow Down/ I Been On” shows a new side of Beyoncé, a side we haven’t seen since her days of Destiny’s Child. She got real “Texas Trill” with the new track where she drops lines like “I know when you were little girls you dreamt of being in my world Don’t forget it, don’t forget it. Bow down bitches.”
The sassy Beyoncé continues on singing:
“I took some time to live my life but don’t think I am just his little wife. Don’t get it twisted this is my shit, bow down bitches.”
Well damn, Beyoncé came to snatch wigs with her crown on!
The new song is not only a reminder that Beyoncé is still reining king, but it is also paying some serious homage to her hometown of the H-Town.
This is also the first listen to the song that plays in the background of her promo video for the Mrs. Carter World Tour.

So of course this BeyHivian LOL is LOVING this new sneak track! It’s coming in HARD just what I wanted, and the fact that she’s rapping in that chopped and screwed voice at the end is bananas! I’m glad she came out this way because there are A LOT of NON-Beyoncé lovers who feel like she should fall back and be just wifey and mother irregardless of the fact that none of them are selling records PERIOD!
I am a huge fan of music and singers who can sing who constantly reinvent themselves (Whitney/Mariah/Areatha/Janet whose not the best singer but is an all around great entertainer) and Bey is one of them, like it or not be prepared because the B*tch is BACK! So “Bow Down”! LOL
